This is a handmade, solid wood carved black bear figurine from Big Sky Carvers’ Jeff Fleming Bearfoots collection. The bear is named Rosie (I think) and is a collectible item. All original wood bears are carved from big, dead, dry ponderosa pine logs. Many of these trees are over 400 years old. Jeff’s bears can be found throughout the US and Canada, most national parks, and even Disney World.
