They are part of the Bearfoots collection. The set has been used and there is damage. The crown of the wise-man (standing with scarf) is missing two tines. It is not very noticeable and could easily be covered with some gold paint. The crook of the Shepard (sitting) is broken in the back. I do not know how long it used to be. Is a polar bear dressed like a sheep. There is no damage to the figure but there is nothing hanging from his neck. This set is by far my favorite of the Big Sky Carvers Nativity Collection. They are very hard to find. This set is damaged but would still be a great addition to any collection.
