Big Sky Bear

Very unique and rare piece. It stands 37 tall, 26 1/2 wing tip to wing tip, and 8 across the base. Weighs about 20 lbs. Thislarge piece has been hand-carved and hand-painted from a solid piece of wood, and the wings are a separate piece of hand-carved, hand-painted wood. Itfeatures an eagle, a bear holding a fish and two green pine trees. Part of an extensive collection of Jeff Fleming from a non-smoking household. Please review the pictures for more details on theconditions of the bear that is in good condition beyond the usual amount ofdust and color variations. Note: The color variation on the tips of the wings is part of the original design. The wings are a separate piece of wood that are attached by two screws.

For Your Consideration is this Beautiful Canister / Cookie Jar from Big Sky Carvers. From the Big Sky Carvers Bearfoots Collection by artist Jeff Fleming, and is retired, rare, and hard to find. Canister is skillfully handcrafted stoneware and beautifully hand painted in ivory with black paw prints travelling up the side of the canister and a large black bear resting on the lid handle. Canister has a rubber gasket around the lid to provide an airtight seal. Canister has a capacity to hold 109-ounces. Canister measures approximately 11 High x. Please contact me with any questions.
