THIS IS AN ADORABLE AND WHIMSICAL JEFF FLEMING CARVING OF A BEAR HOLDING A FISH. IT IS A BIG SKY HAND MADE CARVING WHICH HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED AND IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. IT MEASURES 11 3/4″ HIGH BY 4 1/2″ ACROSS AND 4 DEEP. Minor wear reflective of age but nothing major. Please take a look at the pictures for the best description. Taken out of there original box only to photograph. BLACK BEAR – “Brushwerks” – NEW OLD STOCK – SALAD PLATES – 10.75 in diameter – All identical – With original BOX. The “Brushwerks” Bear collection is known for its rustic, lodge-style aesthetic. Central Design: A GREAT silhouette of a walking black bear. Colors: Features an amber or cream center with a deep black or dark brown rim. Accents: Includes a subtle bear paw print on the rim and a textured, hand-painted appearance of a black bear. This series was DISCONTINUED several years ago making these generally – very hard to find – especially in this NEW – OLD – STOCK CONDITION. These are AWESOME SALAD plates. They are sturdy, incredibly made – and very, very well designed. You will love the quality. Each PLATE weighs alot!!!!
