This is a 15″ tall by about 8″ thick hand carved solid wood bear holding a fish. It is stamped BSC for Big Sky Carvers and also has a brass tag saying Jack Fleming, Big Sky Bears, Montana, etc. It looks like this guy has been outside at least part of the time maybe on a deck or patio so there is some color fading and some loss of paint in some areas. There’s also some tight cracks. Please view all the pictures as they will show everything. He’s still good-looking and solid and will be around for a long time! BEARFOOTS Retired “Al” I’ve dishing, Numbered, Jeff Fleming Big Sky Carvers Fish. Rare find, super cute Bearfoots bear simply entitled “Al”. This ice fishing bear is adorable in his little knitted hat and matching scarf. The detail is beautiful and the eyes are surprisingly expressive for tiny glass beads. Not only does this little guy have his original tag (which, yes the tag has seen better days), but his fishing line is in tact, and there are no chips, no cracks, no stains. He is in excellent condition. Measuring 5.5″ W x 4″ D x 5 H, he is numbered and was a limited edition, now retired. Al was created by Montana Artist Jeff Fleming from Big Sky Carvers.
