Big Sky Bear

This is an absolutely stunning lithograph done by artist Roy Purcell. It is titled “Coming of the White Buffalo Calf Woman”. This item is an artist proof #7 of only 15 artist proofs and in completion only 150 printers total. I have searched far and wide and have never seen another one. I’m sure that it will be a cherished and important statement piece to whomever it finds its home. She refused it and I’ve held onto it for a long time hoping that she would change her mind but that day never came. So it’s time that it brings someone else joy and not be a painful reminder to me that some choose not to walk in love. It’s is a large piece measure about 3 feet wide by 4.5 feet tall. Not exact just a guess. It has a certificate and contact info for the studio on the back.
